How long does delivery take?

1-3 business days for preparation, 3-7 business days for delivery.

(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time, Alaska and Hawaii need 5-10 bussiness days for delivery.)

Where does RVGUARD ship to?

All items can be shipped to the United States and some items can be shipped to Canada.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following addresses at this time.

Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, Inter-American Armed Forces, European Armed Forces, Pacific Armed Forces and outside the United States

(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out RVGUARD products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. RVGUARD will not replace the order or issue a refund.
